During my senior year at the University of Richmond, I covered Virginia politics for the Capital News Service, working with other journalists to publish 2-4 stories per week. On the beat I covered the Richmond Mayoral race, the Virginia Senate and the Virginia House of Representatives. Additionally, I covered Richmond Public Schools. The Collegian
During my four years at the University of Richmond, I was on staff of our student-run newspaper, The Collegian, as both a features writer and a senior features writer. In these roles, I covered major events both on and around our campus, and worked with editors and colleagues to publish stories throughout each semester.
